Shaw House is a Grade 2 listed late Georgian farm house, and sits at the southern edge of the Shaw Farm agricultural courtyard, dividing it from the more formal domestic gardens to the south. Further to the proposals for the conversion of the nearby Calf Shed, Connolly Wellingham have been appointed to oversee internal reordering of the farmhouse; gently rationalising 200 years of accretive changes to create a relaxed family home. The scheme will also further develop the strategic masterplanning for the rural farm’s future servicing and energy use.
