St Petroc is a Grade I listed church in Bodmin dating to the 12th Century, occupying the site of a 6th Century Benedictine Monastery. As well as being a centre of worship, the triple aisled nave is also one of the largest capacity events venues in the town. The space is an important asset to a thriving community and a headquarters to numerous vital outreach programmes.

Connolly Wellingham have been invited to assist the PCC with Feasibility Studies for re-ordering the church interior to better suit its myriad current and future uses, as well as improving accessibility and the economic and environmental sustainability of its heating system. Pre-application liaison with the Truro Diocesean Advisory Committee and Historic England has been in progress across 2023, running in parallel with local and national fundraising endeavours.
